Mission Peak Soap accepts Mastercard and Visa through our secure website. We maintain the proper SSL certificates and we do not save nor do we have access to your credit card information. We also accept PayPal.
If you wish to make a purchase with your Discover Card or with American Express, please make sure your card is listed as a payment option in your PayPal account, and then checkout from Mission Peak Soap using the “PayPal” option. When you are on the PayPal site, you can choose any of your pre-loaded payment options.

We will provide you with a return address. You must return your purchase to us for a refund.

Order Minimum: There is no order minimum.

We take orders from all 50 US States. Puerto Rico, Guam, The Virgin Islands and other “US Territories” are now considered foreign countries by credit card processors. If you are ordering from one of the US Territories, please email us before completing your order so that we can determine shipping. Thank you. We do not accept international orders at this time.

Canceled Orders

We sometimes ship orders very shortly after receipt. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of order placement.


We charge shipping by weight and distance on all of the materials sold on our website unless specifically indicated otherwise. All orders are shipped out of Fremont, CA 94536. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship Monday.

Local Pick-Ups

If you are in the area and would like to pick-up your order, you may do so, but you must have an appointment. Appointments are available on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 am until 2 pm, and on one Saturday a month. If you need your items immediately, it is usually best to have the order shipped rather than to wait for an appointment. Please email us before placing your order so that we can expedite shipping for you. Address for pick-ups is 37266 Niles Blvd., Fremont CA 94536. We are located in a beige and black tiled building directly across the street from the fire station.

California Taxes & Resale Items

California residents pay sales tax of 9.5%.
Resale Customers: If you are purchasing supplies from us in order to resell them, or to make items which you plan to sell, and you have a valid seller’s permit, you need not pay tax. This is a three step process.
1) Get a seller’s permit: To apply for a seller’s permit, please visit the California Board of Equalization website. The application process is almost immediate. Click here for Seller’s Permit Application
2) Furthermore, in order to comply with state law, please download and sign this form: Signature page for Seller’s Permit. Please scan and email this form and your permit number to us at our regular mailing address, or please scan the two forms and send to
3) Set up a customer account on our website by entering your email address and creating a password. Once that is complete, we will switch your customer account over to a wholesale account, which will not add tax to your purchases.

Sodium Hydroxide

We ship Sodium Hydroxide (Lye, Caustic Soda Beads) via FedEx Ground only on Mondays. If your order is received by us, paid in full, by Sunday noon, it will go out the next morning. Any orders after that cut off will not ship until the next Monday. The balance of your order may ship separately, or it may not. It is in your best interest to make TWO separate orders, one for lye, and one for other items so that your other items will ship promptly. We also offer bulk lye, packaged in a gamma lid 5 gallon bucket, for local pickup only, on a stock available basis. Please contact if you are interested in bulk lye purchases.

Privacy Policy

Any and all information you provide to us is used solely by us in the normal course of business to process your orders, keep adequate records, and maintain our relationship with you. We do not sell or share any customer information or email addresses with anyone for any reason. Purchase transactions made through the website are completed on a secure server and no record of your full credit card number is kept by us (However, we do keep a record of the leading and trailing digits in order to identify, if necessary, which card may have been used for a specific transaction). Company computers are protected by state-of-the-art virus protection software which is regularly and automatically updated. Our primary communication method with customers is email, so we will send you emails from time-to-time regarding the status of your order, and/or special announcements regarding events that we feel may be of interest to you.
